SMART Scholarship - The Science, Mathematics And Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship for Service Program has been established by the Department of Defense (DoD) to support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. The program aims to increase the number of civilian scientists and engineers working at DoD laboratories.

NSF Research Experience For Undergraduate Sites in Computer and Information Science

Computing Research Association - Computing Community Consortium - CRA's URO Zone connects students with opportunities for undergraduate research (provides links to a range of summer undergraduate research resources).

REU program at Trinity University, San Antonio, TX - The Departments of Computer Science, and Sociology and Anthropology at Trinity University offer a 10-week REU program where students will work collaboratively on a wide variety of AI & multi-agent systems problems. Multi-agent systems will be used to simulate social environments. The application deadline is March 5, 2010. The notification of decision date is March 19, 2010. The program period is May 24 through July 30, 2010. Only US citizens and/or permanent residents are eligible for funding; women and minorities are particularly encouraged to apply.
